PROJECT EXPERIENCE:

1. Aviva UK– Aviva Life Care

Customer Communication project:-

The Project is all about Aviva-Insurance-UK. Our project takes care for Life. It is part of CC Team, basically called as Customer Communication. Later it was renamed as DM (Document Management Team).

We are responsible for backend coding to calculate the Monthly Premium and we will produce documents for policies.

This application coding will trigger print jobs which will be sent to third party at UK to produce hardcopy for mailing purposes.

All Customer Data will be stored in DB2 Database and our programs will process those data

Responsibilities:

To prepare the LLD by doing analysis with the HLD provided by the client.

Involved on development activities [Coding, Unit Testing] as per LLD which is approved by client.

Prepared the unit test cases and did the unit testing for the code changes.

Did code reviews and prepare the documents for the same.

Technical Commissioning once the project deployed into Production

2. State Street Corporation – Securities Domain – AIS Customer Platform

STATE STREET is one of the World's leading Provider of Financial Services to Institutional Investors. State Street was Founded in 1792.It is a U.S.-based financial services holding company.

State Street Bank provides securities services to institutional investors as a custodian bank, Investment Research and Trading and Securities Finance through the Global Markets sleeve, and provides investment management services to mutual funds and other asset managers.

eHorizon GLDB2 project:-

eHorizon have the ability to provide accounting and record keeping services for multiple businesses within a single platform. Further, it is advanced the technology platform for accounting by utilizing a service-oriented architecture with evolving components.

As the volume of data became huge, our project has been started to convert the entire Database from Datacom into DB2 platform and PL/1 Programs to COBOL Programs as RDBMS platform would be more efficient.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing of existing Modules for the Conversion changes and code changes to the modules

Preparing Technical Specification for the Existing PL1 modules and for new Cobol Modules. the FSD document for new changes Fixing for UAT and

Creating Stored Procedures and testing them in UI environment. Preparation of Unit Test Plans and executing them.

Creating tools using REXX for the frequently used functionality.

Award: Won the ‘Star of the Quarter’ of Q-3 2014.

PJ-MYVIEW-POLAND Project:-

As State Street is operating globally we started developing standardized controls and processes between the various countries but their separate regulatory bodies often make this a challenging task.

We achieved this end to end digitization by developing regional and country specific functionality to remove the impediments that are preventing each country moving into the future state operating model.

This TDE agile development team is targeted these specific impediments and in some cases provide an interim model whilst the team looked to retire the multiple local tools one by one being employed around the region.

This Enabled the State Street business to move towards standardizing into the Global Model, increasing the use of the trusted data source and take advantage of Straight through Processing.

Responsibilities:

Gather Requirements for the complex modules.

Analyzing and preparing Analysis Documents for the modules.

Prepare Unit Test Plans, Functional tests and System Integration testing.

Query tuning and improving the query performance by using the Query Manager Tool, prepare Job Control Language for executing the programs.

High level designs for the new development works and Functional Specification and Technical Specification Document creation.

Coordinate with Offshore Team for development and Conduct status meeting with onshore and offshore.

Conduct Regular Meeting with customer and business users to understand the requirements.

We have worked as an Active Agile Team.

Onshore Experience:-

Worked as Senior Developer in Poland - Agile Room for One Year Contract from State Street to create a Standardized Valuation process for Europe.
