Presently associated with Jindal Stainless Limited from 17Aug 2016 to present and effectively operating of tangential, balanced draught and reheat type PF boiler having capacity 2 x 395 tph steam flow, made by BHEL.

Deftly operating turbine 2 x 125 MW triple cylinders, six extractions & condensing type BHEL Make and generator of rated stator voltage 11 KV, current 7873 Amp and 150 MVA air cooled type.

Smooth DCS operation (DCS automation made by MAX DNA).

Continues feeding & managing of coal through 3 bowl mills (and two stand by), type: XRP 803 BHEL make (36.5 tph coal capacity of per mill).

Cold & hot start up of the boiler up to turbo- generator synchronization with grid.

Following SOP of equipments to start and stop properly and implementing defects in SAP.

Carrying out planning that improve efficiency, reduce operation & maintenance costs.
