Many clients have already leveraged the unique skills available through relationships as an independent consultant, or through business partnerships. AT&T/Cingular Contract

Project Value: $8M

• Negotiated and secured network implementation contract in 2005, which included installation, commissioning, and testing of wireless cellular equipment in the Pacific Northwest.

• The successful first project led to expansion into site development and data management, along with various consulting services. Designed and constructed over 1500 sites for AT&T/Cingular in the Pacific Northwest.

T-Mobile Managed Services

Project Value: $17M

Based on the successful experience with AT&T, negotiated and secured a three-year managed services turn-key project, involving the hiring of existing independent contractors at T-Mobile, and completion of various services, including:

• Site Development Activities, to include researching and identifying locations for cell towers. Securing locations required negotiating with landlords for space usage, construction permits, zoning permits and other required licenses on behalf of the customer, T-Mobile.

• Integration and commissioning of the T-Mobile infrastructure, ensuring technology was adequately upgraded and various features were tested.

• Program and project management of end-to-end turn-key projects, based on Service Level Agreements.

Sprint-Samsung 3G-LTE

Project Value: $4M over two years beginning in 2011

• The contract covered site development and installation. Oversaw construction management and cell tower upgrade.

• Utilized Samsung equipment, 3G and LTE technologies were deployed, and tower antennas were upgraded.

• Responsibly managed construction of over 100 sites in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. ERICSSON INC., Sweden, Canada, US 1994-2004
