Summary

I’m an accomplished field service technician and service manager with 20+ years in high volume manufacturing and 30+ years with customer relations. TECHNICAL

I have experience with PLCs, HMIs SCRs, DNET communications, pneumatics, equipment that run under vacuum at the mil/torr range, manometers and helium leak checking complex gas lines.

I worked with hazardous gases like phosphine, diborane, silane, dichlorosilane and germanium.

I have experience with 24v and 480v systems.

I have experience with calibrating, teaching and repairing of multi axis robotic systems.

I've worked with equipment that are run by multiple servers that communicates with a factory's Material Control System.

I was qualified to micro solder in the Marine Corp

MANAGEMENT

I was the Production Service Manager for the maintenance team of 60 technicians.

I organized training and taught training classes.

I put together the maintenance database to track service calls.

I was in charge of overseeing the installation of 300+ pieces of equipment with an estimated worth of 70 million.

I attended worldwide factory meetings.

I ran daily reports which included availability, equipment errors, meantime to failure, meantime for repair and long down reports to my company and my customer.

COMMUNICATION

I had to attend daily meetings with my customer to go over reports and talk about strategies for repairs in an articulate way to ensure them problems would be solved in a timely fashion.

For 7 years as the EIC for PRI Automation I was on 24/7 on call support for my technicians and for my customers wants and needs.

LEADERSHIP

I was the EIC for 7 years for my company at Intel.

I was the collateral duty inspector in the Marine Corps. I validated all the avionics equipment that left our shop that was signed of Ready to Use.

I was contracted to Semiconductor plants such as Intel and Global Foundries.

While contracted at Intel I helped the support of the Epi equipment to the customer’s new process.

While working at Malta I supported new installs and daily equipment maintenance.

Released because of contract reduction at Malta.

METER INSTALLER APEX DEC 1015-Jan2016

I was under a temp contract to help APEX upgrade the Phoenix area with smart grid technology for APS.

The position was eliminated due to contract reductions by APEX

PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE MANAGER GT ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES JAN 2014-SEPT 2015

Organized training for equipment that checked crystalline structure, final inspection, polishing, grinding and cutting of sapphire.

I put together the maintenance database to track service calls.

As a team, we took equipment that was never used for processing sapphire and was able to get the defects from 60% to 5%.

Managed a team of 40 technicians. I was responsible writing reviews, expenses.
