Summary

I am a graduate of the University of New England’s Master of Social Work Program (clinical track). UNE is a CSWE Accredited university and among the top programs for social work.

I have applied as a Social Work intern in FL, and my hours from Oregon will transfer. I was licensed as a Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWE) and a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in the state of Oregon.

I am also beginning my education for Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) in the state of FL. I previously applied for a position with your agency, but accepted current employment several weeks before being offered the position I had interviewed for at Peace River. I am currently commuting over 3 hours a day and would like to be closer to home
