Designed and strategically implemented the annual five-day, clinical outdoor experiential program for staff of the agency, adolescents and their families. Program included challenge course, ropes course, workshops, and guided imagery sessions.

Managed a $1.75 million dollar budget, revenue collections, as well as enhancements and community outreach.
