My tasks as a Patient Services Associate include, but are not limited to,
●Working with physicians to schedule patients of MRI and PET/CT scans.
●Assisting in the cancellation or reschedule of patients due to a variety of reasons.
●Communicating with facilities and hospitals to make sure a patient is prepared for scans and procedures, by receiving proper prep instructions.
