Description Healthnet is required by CMS to submit 100% of the prescription drug claims/event
(PDE). This data is used by CMS to have the ability to pay Health Net timely and accurately. The data Health Net submits, at times, has errors (eligibility, calculations, duplicates, etc) and CMS returns the PDE record back to Health Net with a corresponding PDE Error. If the PDE is not accepted at CMS, this drug event will not be included in CMS calculation for HN’s settlement process. To ensure all errors are processed for correction, Health Net needs to track these PDE Errors, ensuring they are properly corrected and accepted by CMS. Description Being the largest financial entity across the globe, JPMC triggers out billions of transactions daily and surprisingly generates thousands of erroneous transactions as result of incomplete details, compliance & sanctions acts and due to other violator regulations. In order to cater successful payment of these stopped transactions or to flag up a final rejection at stopped transaction, the Payment Investigation teams brings all these global erroneous transactions inside PRPC via SWIFT network and few other internal inquiry channels (like TLM,eServe,Fed,eMail etc) for further detailed investigations. This team powered OpsEfficiency to such a greater extent that they achieve the goal of clearing these daily erroneous transactions in a timely manner. Some of the silent features PRPC payment investigation teams offers to its operations users using the Pega Smart Investigate framework are listed below:
Quite nicely segregated among different regions Ops team (EMEA,ASIA,USD etc)
Provides accounting generation from within PRPC once an investigation case is ready to be cleared out.

Description With effects to the need to comply with Global Regulations & Sanctions (like FATCA etc) & to minimize the practice of AML, comes the inception of Next Gen Tool. The application aims at streamlining the client onboarding process by utilizing the Pega’s KYC FW. This application comes under the umbrella of Client Onboarding & provides assured due diligence required in the process of client KYC. The KYC process starts with Analyst locating the customer entity from the Bank’s entity management data source and initiate the KYC request as per the concerned onboarding country’s regulatory requirements as well as per the standard global norms. The KYC request provides the analyst with hundreds of question categorized within Global/Local & Legal Entity level with an integration to a CMS repository called GDR (Global Data Repository, a Filenet Platform) for relevant document attachments. Based on the response of the former, the application categorized the Risk of a KYC request resulting in chaining the approval flows with growing Risk. Finally with the successful resolution of the request, the client becomes KYC complaint & its profile goes Active. The Application caters feeds for many of the upstream systems in conjunction with MIS reporting feeds through DataMart.
