Manager IT Application Development Loyalty Program, Houston TX (10/2011-11/2016)
Responsible for supporting the Application stack in support of all loyalty program contact center agents worldwide. Managed staff of developers and acted as focal point to a business and customer principals.
Delivered the application stack migration to the new Chicago Data Center. This improved reliability supported the enterprise goal of migrating critical applications to the new center.
Delivered an upgrade to the application stack in support of the enterprise initiative of supporting two step authentication standards.
Improved the back end architecture reliability, supportability and performance of the entire application stack by converting to REST web services, which supported new standards at the new data center.
Introduced PCI Compliance to the Application Stack using RSA encryption technology as part of an enterprise initiative. Acted as the focal point to the PCI organization and was responsible for supporting audits and compliance updates.
