Wind Turbine Project – Discovered a new model that can be applied to a new wind turbine or engine design. The turbine will be attached to a generator by means of an arbor. The testing will include power measurement conducted in a wind tunnel through electric circuits with a combination of resistors or electrical controls. My design can be implemented as vertical or horizontal wind mill.
