Legoland-(Florida) Facility Painter (February 2016-September 2016) I was hired as a facility painter and was responsible for prepping and painting buildings and cleaning rides and anything that needed painted in the park. All Star Vacation Homes (Florida)- Painter/Maintenance (November 2013 to February 2016)
I was hired as a painter/maintenance person. I was given a company vehicle, a company credit card, for gas and material purchases. An iPad for before and after photo's and emailing my supervisor.
Mobile Modular (Florida)- Maintenance (June 2013 to November 2013) Hired by a temp service. Then after 30 days I became an employee of the company. My position was general labor. My duties included restoration of mobile units. Installation of paneling, drywall, trim, painting exterior and interior, and anything else asked of me. Artistic Nail and Beauty Academy, (Florida) – Custodian/Maintenance (June 2013 to July 2013)
Hired as a temporary custodian to clean floors, bathrooms, change light bulbs, all plumbing duties, and various installation duties required of me. This position ended due to the full-time employee returning from medical leave.
The Farm House II Restaurant and Lounge, ( Wheeling, West Virginia) – Owner
(November 2004 to June 2010):
Reopened a business that my grandparents had several years ago. Constructing of the building, installation of all electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring and all other duties required to complete the building. Once building was complete and business was open, I maintained all equipment and performed all custodial duties such as installing new equipment, all maintenance and custodial duties, all lighting, grating and maintaining the parking lot and all landscaping. Due to underground mining, building shifted and footers and concrete block were cracked forcing closure.
Painter’s Union Local #91, (West Virginia) – Industrial Painter
(May 1988 to November 2004):
Brush and roll applications and the finishing of drywall, and application of wallpaper and vinyl wall coverings.
Performed industrial sand blasting, spray painting, application of special coatings of urethane and plasite. Preparing areas for said services and clean-up. Rigging cables through steel to hang PIC boards.
