client charts and billing of services. Worked cooperatively and constructively with Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health to maintain client admissions and discharges. Approved and countersigned progress notes written by non-licensed therapists and counselors. Prepared and distributed memos providing therapists with deadlines for client chart reviews to ensure timely completion of documentation.
