Sole proprietor of my own healthcare & consulting business. Project to take a governmental owned SNF to a private for profit SNF. Completed project from lease to purchase and all relevant steps in between. Hired all new staff, licensing, legal compliance, etc. Also, made recommendations – analysis for two local hospitals. One project concerned an in-house LTAC in which I made recommendations on business development, maximizing profit, areas of concern, and overall efficiency improvement. The other project concerned making recommendations from intake (ER) to admittance of a locked behavioral unit. I also provided local market knowledge for future business development and compliance.
