Reconciled Government of Liberia (GOL) payroll accounts with over 50,000 employees totaling approximately $5,000,000.00 monthly. Determined outstanding and cleared checks to give GOL a clear understanding of the financial position for the next pay period in order to make an informed decision toward the payroll account. Investigated payroll related complaints and developed recommendations to senior management for possible action/actions to be taken depending on the given situation; Investigations include various line ministries and agencies of GOL. Reconciled 9 commercial banks and Central Bank of Liberia monthly service charges of $1,000,000 for services rendered to government.
Saved GOL over $5,000,000 by discovering over 15,000 non-employees on payroll
Set up a monthly Cashbook system for government.
Reduced the time firm of payment to employees of government base the complaint file from one week to three days.
Reduced payment of bank service charges to Central Bank of Liberia & Commercial Banks for services render to government from two weeks to one week.

Recorded and analyzed daily financial transactions of GOL. Prepared the cashbooks for all GOL five accounts which included: Payroll Account LRD (Liberian Dollar), Operation Account LRD (Liberian Dollar), Operation Account USD (United States Dollar), Revenue Account LRD (Liberian Dollar) and Revenue Account USD (United States Dollar). Accounts excluding the revenue accounts monthly total were approximately $10,000,000.00. Processed Government Monthly Account Payable amounting to $2,000,000.00.
I was able to identify 10,000 employees who were coming to work regularly and were not receiving paychecks from GOL and made the necessary corrections to payroll software.
I eliminated from the Government of Liberia (GOL) payroll approximately 15,000 ghost names which saved GOL about US$5,000,000.00 annually.
Organized days for investigating payroll related complaints according to ministries and agencies.
Settled over 12,000 wrong accounts issue with line ministries and agencies as relate to commercial banks.
