Lead AIX Unix administrator for the Boeing Account with CSC. 10/2007 - 9/2015

Using my excellent technical and communication skills, I won over a large segment of Boeing servers and people to the Boeing support contract.

I was promoted into leadership by my coworkers, and put through management training by my manager.

As the leader, I put on the morning meetings and sent out the daily reports. Through my relentless practice of documenting my work before I executed it, I created an extensive collection of instructions that I shared with my team. I trained and led a cohesive “level 4” team of remote AIX system administrators, up to 18 at one point.
