Assists Contract/Business Manager in establishing and administering complete contract documentation in support of NASA’s Kennedy Environmental and Medical Contract (KEMCON) to include Environmental Services, Environmental Health, Occupational Health, and Program Management. Administers over 40 subcontract agreements as well as over 20 procurement services. Develops and issues Requests for Quotes (RFQs)/Proposals (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), Independent Contract Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Service Agreements, Blanket Purchase Agreements, and Purchase Orders. Corresponds with Technical Area Representatives (TARs), subcontractor vendors, and government POCs to facilitate quality and quantity of services and timely payments. Reviews Statements of Works (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Statements of Objectives (SOO) to insure all information is provided and clearly stated. Provides purchasing support as needed for items $5K and under.

Assisted Contract/Business Manager in establishing and administering complete contract documentation in support of NASA’s Medical and Environmental Support Contract (MESC) to include Environmental Services, Environmental Health, Occupational Health, and Program Management. Oversaw subcontract and procurement files to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Assisted with contract closeout for acquisitions supporting the MESC. Created 33 subcontract modifications for an option year extension to include, but not limited to, issuing notification letters/RFQs to subcontractors, and conducting price evaluations with price fair and reasonableness documentation. Assisted with subcontract transition from MESC to KEMCON to include determining subcontract type for each and whether they were Sole Source or needed re-competing.

Assisted L-3 Crestview Aerospace team with approximately 60 closeouts to meet May 2013 deadline before transferring to new system. Contacted the various functional departments as well as the customers to ensure no open issues precluding closeout. Verified with Finance all invoices due were proper and paid. Tracked and updated contract closeout status in L-3’s system accordingly.
