Responsible for leavers’ formalities for employees leaving the Bank under all circumstances. Case management for calculation of redundancy payments, final salary and leave encashment with instructions given to the payroll team. Liaise with active and ex-employees on any HR matters. Updating of employee records on Oracle. Keeping employees on their notice period, informed on the leave matters and tax matters. Reminding employees to print off final documents and checking that they adhere to the Bank’s security policies during the notice period. Always available to employees on any queries pertaining to tax matters, final payments and employment pass matters. Case management also involves updating the Ministry of Manpower and the Hong Kong Immigration on employees’ exit dates so they can be updated on the current status of employees leaving the Bank.
