Supervised worldwide logistics/warehousing/supply chain management for this $300 million global paper and packaging-solutions firm, including air, truck, rail, and ocean transportation contract negotiation in China, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Taiwan.

Presided over an Oracle ERP “go live” system implementation phase for all modules and trained on the actual use of the system for user interface awareness.

Global change management of centralized transportation/logistics/warehousing to decentralized; including supply chain requirements of order processing, inventory management, purchasing, interface with customers and vendors, and consensus building due to international cultural barriers.
