Ministry Assistant
Developed written guidelines for operating the church’s ministry groups. Recruited, trained, and managed volunteer staff to carry out the approved work, Assisted and managed rentals, secured bids for services, made recommendations for which service provider to use, supervised the work of the service providers, insured the service provider received payment, and bring matters to the attention of the Pastor or the appropriate person as necessary. Reviewed business documents and made recommendations, gave diligence to the janitors carrying out the spirit of their job descriptions, which is to make sure the building looks great on Sunday morning and presentable throughout the week.
