Records Management Coordinator:
Managed the inventory, storage and maintenance of the company's contract files and records management system.
Researched and studied to become company subject matter expert (SME) on proprietary records management system ensuring compliance and establishing accountability for all users.
Reconciled over 25,000 paper contract file folders to the electronic database to establish synchronicity between the two.
Created and established a process to identify monthly terminated contracts so they could be removed from active status in the records management system to keep the systems up to date and in sync.
Worked with the contracts team to establish procedures for processing documents from execution to filing and uploading to the records management system.
