Developed project management calendar to enable company to track orders quickly and easily, assisted in getting purchasing manager and accounting manager caught up in their areas of work. A second temporary assignment in a call center using a ticketing system and patient database in the process of prescription medication orders.

Transitioned to the new accounts department, where I used my advanced computer skills to streamline the creation of new account worksheets utilized to open new accounts, allowing me to process more account openings per day than others in the division.
Jan 2006 – Dec 2012: After the acquisition by Flag Bank. Client Support Specialist in Good Shepherds Bank division. Banking and online giving product support for faith-based churches, missions and ministry groups. Relationship management and support. Maintained and managed division without additional staffing from Jun 2007 – Dec 2012 when PNC Bank sold the Smartstreet and Good Shepherds divisions to Union Bank of California and was closed by Union Bank as a business decision. At closing, I had maintained over 80% of the customer base and the division had $10M on deposit.

Using a specialist software system, supported Chapter 7 Trustee customers with management of bankruptcy estate funds. From Feb 2005 – Jan 2006, handled duties of the division single-handedly until it was closed by Flag Bank after acquisition of First Capital Bank.
