Project & Drawing Engineer.

2)From May’2010 to March’ 2014 at Dfwenvirotech I Pvt. Ltd, Nagpur Plant as a Project Mechanical Engineer.

3)From Sept ’2009 to April ’2010 at ABL engineering pvt Ltd in its Butibori Plant as Mechanical Engineer.

4)From Aug ’2007 to June ’2009 at Amitasha Enterprises pvt Ltd in its MIDC Nagpur Plant as

Trainee Mechanical Engineer.

JOB PROFILE:

Basic monitoring of day-to-day project activity at site & maintaining daily log book for the same.

Making Drawing in AUTO-CAD as per planning and Site Verification, P & IDs Piping Layout, Plan, Detailing, Layout Plan Etc.

Preparation of bill of materials of project, microplaning FQP.

Cost estimation of the project.

Project monitoring & reviewing all document drawings.

Execution and successful commissioning of the project.

Assurance/checking of work as per the drawings.

Witnessing the alignment of static & rotary equipments.

Hydro and pneumatic testing of Tanks, pipe lines & Valves as per IS Standard.

Impart Training to Staff & Technicians for SOP.

Prepare monthly management performance report.

Detailed Knowledge of Problem solving tools (For repetitive problems) such as why-

why analysis, cause & effect diagram etc.

Plant Manufacturing Maintenance like Daily Work Management (DWM), Behavior Based Safety Management (BBS), and Quality Circle Management etc.

Condition monitoring of Equipment and machinery by Vibration, shock pulse, thickness, and sound level measurements.

Spare parts management: Thorough experience of specification preparation, Procurement and maintaining mechanical spare parts of the total section.

Synopsis

This project had main motive is to improve goods capacity than existing. There where used hot oil for maintain temp Instead of steam. Erection of piping, pumps and D.O. was successfully done. Commissioning also done in time period As per FQP, planning and IS standard. With the help of seniors, ED-T, contractor and sub-contractor.

This is for new chimney project, height 32mtrs and existing vessels to improve goods capacity,

Erection Done by DFW and commissioning done by MBE (MPPGCL). As per FQP, planning and IS Standard. With the help of seniors, ED-T, contractor and sub-contractor.
