2005-2008: Honua Kai, Kaanapali, Maui, Hawaii, $500,000,000. Two ten-story concrete structures with metal stud walls and fifteen individual wood framed bungalows on a seven acre luxury resort. Acted in lieu of the Chief Building Official. Owner/Builder: Ledcor Corporation and Placemakers West.
