2005-2008: Honua Kai, Kaanapali, Maui, Hawaii, $500,000,000. Two ten-story concrete structures with metal stud walls and fifteen individual wood framed bungalows on a seven acre luxury resort. Acted in lieu of the Chief Building Official. Owner/Builder: Ledcor Corporation and Placemakers West.

2002-2005 Critical Facility Addition, Labor & Post –Partum Wing Addition Emanuel Medical Center, Turlock, CA, $35,000,000 Three story steel moment frame acute care facility with metal stud walls. Inspector of Record and Owner’s Representative. Owner: Emanuel Medical Center. Builder: Acme Construction

2000-2002: Tom Hawkins Elementary School, Tracy, CA, $18,000,000. New campus with four steel moment framed structures and eight modular classrooms on 19 acres. Inspector of Record and Owner’s Representative. Owner: Jefferson School District. Builder: Robelin Construction
