A leading manufacturer, and seller of computer processor for hardware devices.
Maintenance Technician, 2007-2015
Responsible for preventative maintenance of factory equipment and global items. Installing, demolition and relocation of factory global items, workstations and supported the manufacturing tech population through advancements in greater productivity, safety, ergonomics and micro contamination in the work areas.
Contributions & Process Development:
Independently initiated program redesign to better support Manufacturing tech’s needs on the plant floor delivering efficiency and drove potential for improved cost effectiveness.
Partnered with Manufacturing Engineering to design and implement the Turquoise Belt Program in Factory 11. Success was achieved with the implementation of systems use in the F11x as the Blue Belt program. A program that remains in place and benefits the organization’s unit.
Manufacturing Engineering Tech, 2000-2007
Delivered demonstrated oversight in maintaining factory global items, installation, demonstration and relocation of items and general support of the Manufacturing Tech population by creating a more productive and safe work area for the team. Point layout coordinator provided exceptional and consistent support of Etch, Planar, Thin Films, Implant, Diffusion and all analytic functionality areas.
Key Accomplishments:
P875 Build-out: Impactful team representative of the Global Task Force focused on tool supplies, install teams, FAME’s and Process Engineers tool owners and accurately procured all tools related to global, safety related items and delivered a successful upgrade that brought bays and chases online and on schedule.
Copper Readiness audit: Supported tool installs teams, FAME’s, and PE tool owners to accurately identify and procure all related global items, safety needed to successfully bring the bays and chases on-line. Effectively delivered all requirements for Copper readiness audit project commencement.
Played integral role in to define business processes for re-use of global items from F11S modification 4 for stainless inventory items. Post-project, worked with Virtual Factory to fulfill global re-use requirements, saving the company $750 K in the final reuse F11 and VF item inventory.
Managed layout support, relocation of global items, assisted with removal of unnecessary items in the support of teams’ safety, ergonomics and micro contamination issues.
Led in cross-functional team to implement and design a functional layout of a new 5,500 sq. ft. Intel Martials Repair facilities in Rio Rancho 1 Results, increased workflow with future expansion build-out. Effective at incorporating all global and safety related items in final design.
Performed duties as part of basement cleanup team, removed all items and realigned to safety code requirements. Reused items for F11 and VF reuse to generate $860, -000 of harvested reuse materials.

A local outdoor company providing whitewater rafting excursions.
Head Boatman
Supervised and conducted whitewater rafting trips, provided safety demonstrations and performed emergency maintenance duties during course excursions. Managed bookings, work schedules and maintained equipment inventories.

Safely guided hundreds of customers down the Rio Grande river and various other rivers with no issues or incidents.
SKI SANTA FE Santa Fe, NM 1990-2000
The town’s primary ski and outdoor resort situated on the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Opened to residents and tourist.
Lift Operations Manager
Managed facility operations. Hired and trained more than 50 employees in responsibilities, tasks and safety. Directed a team of four to facilitate and motivate teamwork of chairlift operations. Directed and assisted in upgrades and maintenance of ski chair lifts during off-season. Conducted bi-weekly staff meetings and constantly drove opportunities for improvement of the customer experience.
