: knowledge of Industrial equipments,machines & develop Preventive maintenance plan for the Injection moulding machines & other equipments used in industies.

Should have demonstrated ability to solve technical production problems

Monitor machine performance and production schedules in coordination with production

department and production planning to plan preventive maintenance activities

Develop preventive maintenance in coordination with production to ensure minimal impact

Monitor machine and plant performance on regular basis, i.e., water consumption, electricity

consumption among others

Monitor and carry out installations of new equipment as per defined SOPs and work on improving

plant efficiencies

Ensure and monitor maintenance workshop adherence to 5sand initiate Kaizen projects to bring

in process efficiencies
