Operations Specialist
Maintained a central database for all tasking requests assigned to the US Army Quartermaster School. Published Operational Fragmentary Orders for all Government approved tasking. Updated the Quartermaster School calendar to reflect all incoming requests of existing policies, procedures and logistical plans. Tracked Operational Reports and submissions; screen Secret Internet Protocol Router Network information. Updated and post all mission support requests; coordinate all official ceremonies; parades; public affairs functions and Mobile Training Team.
Emergency Operations Center Supervisor
Provided support with deployment of a large organization with over 4,000 personnel to a combat zone. Processed, analyzed and disseminate of information regarding the status of all personnel assigned to various leadership communities both in the Continent of United States and Overseas. Organized and conduct training on Army Casualty Reporting System to various levels of Military and Civilians within a large Sustainment Brigade element.
Brigade Senior Human Resources Administrator
Supervised and managed a Brigade level Personnel Administration Center that consisted of 2400 personnel. Ensured the accurate processing of various Personnel Actions, Awards, Evaluation Reports, and Finance Requests for Solders within that organization. Served as Mail Room Supervisor for the Brigade Element, provided continuous operation while training individuals to become both primary and alternate mail clerks In Accordance with Government Postal Regulations.
