Conversion of Oryza Sativa Husk to Cellulose Source Using Amylase Extract from V. radiata: St. Laurensia High School, 2012

The main objective of this project is to utilize waste (rice husks) and convert it as a source of simple sugar that can be used for consumption using self-synthesized Amylase enzyme. The project succeeded in winning Silver medal in Indonesia Science Olympiad in Tangerang City.
