Assessed the company’s business model to improve its warehousing capabilities using financial information through January up to June 2016 with the objective of reducing operating costs for future expansion.

Formulated a Linear programming model to maximize revenue while reducing operating costs as well as enhance warehousing capacity from the existing 80,000 units to either 150,000 units or 200,000 units with the constraints of available space, space allocated to each unit and its running cost.

Found that the optimal capacity for expansion of the warehouse to be 150,000 units through sensitivity analysis since it generated a higher profit margin for the company.
