I have been in the truck leasing side of the business for 19 years in the capacity of lead tech shop Forman, And Maintenance Supervisor. It has also given me in-depth knowledge policy implementation and risk management.
In addition I have extensive training and experience in diesel mechanics. Lead tech for 10 years. Trained in all leadership capacities involving mechanics, work flow management, Pm scheduling, vehicle uptime, follow up on breakdowns complaints and repairs, customer service, lead techs, coach mentor positions, fleet maintenance management, employee monitoring, teaching company policies and expectations, reviewing repair orders, redirecting employees, making part orders, road call assistance. I am excellent at problem solving with employees including training them in areas of repair that they may not have been trained in or have no experience in.
Evaluating all needs of a shop, maintaining control and being available to all the employees. Imparting quality management and also performing breakdown analysis to make sure the correct actions are taken.
