Manage the rotating equipment bad actor list and leading and lagging metrics as a means of monitoring and achieving real progress on rotating equipment reliability.

Own, maintain and execute the Reliability Management System and mechanical integrity system requirements for rotating equipment. Function as an equipment discipline lead for rotating equipment.

Oversee the critical ranking process and development of specific equipment plans for rotating equipment.

Oversee the technical aspects of the Predictive Maintenance Program and ensure alignment with Reliability goals.

Ensure failure investigations are executed timely and complete audits as necessary to ensure root causes are effectively addressed.

Identify and implement system improvements to improve rotating equipment reliability and overall effectiveness of reliability programs.
