● `Operated Ride on Mowers, Trimmers, Edgers, Leaf Blowers, Hedgers, Air Compressors, air powered tools, Hydraulic jacks, Chainsaws, Pressure washers

● Street Crew we would maintain whole neighborhoods and main streets throughout Fort Lewis and McChord taking care of every residents lawn. Cleaning the streets and properties from debris and tree limbs.

● Also community centers, parks, and retention ponds, etc

● House Crew we traveled specific properties anywhere in the boundaries of the whole Joint Base Lewis and McChord and did complete repair and maintenance of unattended resident lawns to new owners requests or standard procedure.

● Many properties had been ruined or trashed and very unpleasant and disgusting.

● After disposing of everything that was needed to be we rid the garden beds of all weeds, grass not meant to be there, thorn bushes, etc.

● Weed trimmed the whole residence, edged, leaf blew.

● The last steps was to pressure wash and make all final touches to complete our duty and on to the next.

● We pressure washed all outside of house as needed, all the driveways, walkways, patios, garage, sheds, gutters.

● Commercial construction finish trim

● Performed the majority of physical labor such as Stocking all materials in each individual apartments in a 12 separate apartment complex with a total of 17 buildings and 11 garage buildings with 8 separate units in each building.

● Carrying and stocking every door to each apartment( 7 handled doors, 4 closet doors).

● Nailing all handled doors to correct rooms and making sure they are leveled and evenly spaced.

● Putting together all the doorknobs and deadlocks on all doors.

● Stocking and measuring the Base trim. Door trim. Window sills.

● Cutting all the measured pieces for each apartment.

● Nailing all the trim.

● Cleaning all trash and extra materials.

● Operated chop saws. Circular saws. Air compressors. Nailguns. Impact drivers. Drills. Rotary hammers. Oscillating tools. Sanders.

● Sometimes we would end up backtracking if ever receiving a word from the site manager that we missed anything, or had to fix a mistake or another company's accident.

2013 - 2014

● The very beginning of our building procedure was to dig a trench where the building we are going to start plumbing where the main water pipes are going to be connected. Than cover back up and level the terrain and compact it for the next step.

● The next step in a building's procedure was for the concrete company to create the foundation for the building.

● Next we use a jackhammer at the coordinates where we buried the main pipes

● Now we separate into 3 or 4 different groups. Drillers, pipers, and suppliers.

● We drilled holes for all the water lines connecting from the foundation below and all the holes going upwards to the 3rd stories.
