Developed human resources operations financial strategies for a $400M/147 employee dental insurance company, estimated, forecasted, and anticipated requirements, trends and variances, aligned monetary resources, developed action plans, measured and analyzed results.

Instituted a new hire onboarding, professional development training and continuing education for staff personnel resulting in improved staff performance and knowledge in the areas of management, customer service, business development, product knowledge, and marketing strategy.
