• Provide training and orientation on IM Processes and Procedures to Vendor/Contractor Document Controllers and the project team members as-needed

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective document control systems. Ensuring that all design documentation is accurate, up to date and accurately distributed to relevant parties.

• Processes transmittals of all incoming and outgoing documents to and from Clients, contractors and vendors

• Perform quality checks of drawings/documents against records to ensure distribution of correct revisions, issues states, company logos, document numbering etc

Maintaining the flow of construction drawing, quality and other construction related documentation throughout the construction process.

Receive, log, and track plans and specifications as received including all revisions,

Maintain all hard copy files of project documentation.

• Interact with Engineers, designers, project management, contractors, vendors and clients
