Developed a pattern-matching algorithm used for the automated detection of shapes in digital image files.
Served as technical liaison between the R&D, product development and manufacturing communities. Responsible for collecting customer requirements throughout the software development phase.
Lead our project team to initiate process improvement activities. Handled the configuration management duties of the team, including the design and implementation of CM, documentation and software builds/releases.

Image Science Technician
Image science representative to a product group responsible for the creation of over 100,000 image quality targets to various suppliers. Targets conformed to critical ANSI specifications. Responsibilities included target creation, target accuracy, calibration and overall color science support.
Completed several simulations of new film and paper products, coupling them with Kodak’s cutting edge imaging and color science principles.

Oversaw group of individuals responsible for the fabrication of 4-inch silicon wafers used for the creation of IC chips
