Centurylink - Area Manager Load and Resource Allocation Center: Responsibilities include management of work load to 400+ technicians in the Denver Metropolitan area for the POTS and DSL products. Managing 5 Supervisors and 56 Load Specialist that load, balance, jeopardy manage customer commitments Responsible for forecasting work load daily and weekly to manage the amount of work that is taken into the center that meets the resources available. USWEST - Network Operations Staff Manager - Systems

Develop requirements for reports to help facilitate a common language understanding of the service provided by the IT organization. Reported to Executive Vice Presidents, to provided status for system outages and performance. Initiated meetings to identify root cause, and provided resolution of the issue, to bring system back in service. Lead for Change Management process; developing budget, deliverables, and Project lead for 15 systems during my tenor for this position.
