Accomplishments
I had no Garnishments experience whenever I took the job with Pilot Travel Centers. The General Ledger for the Garnishment account hadn't been in balance for years. I had the account up to date 6 months after I had taken over full responsibility's of the recons. The accounts have been clean ever since. I love doing research. My manager noted on my second year review that "Michelle stepped into the reconciliation process to help clear it up and took over quite a mess when she did so. She has the garnishments so clean, that we are totally up to date on all garnishment recons and have been since she has been involved". EDUCATION
