Experiences
Lab Research Assistant, 01/2017-present
Perform research with through act as a voluntary research assistant in biology lab in University at Buffalo

Lab Research Assistant, 05/2016-01/2017
Conduct research by working as volunteer research assistant in biology lab in University at Buffalo
Isolated the DNA plasmids through working on PCR and gel electrophoresis of DNA, transformation of plasmids into E. coli bacterial cells, inoculation of the bacterial cultures, and the miniprep of the plasmids for sequencing. Gained many important experiences of the PCR, gel electrophoresis, bacterial cultural inoculation, minipreparation DNA extraction, and use Nanodrop machine to measure the purity of DNA.
