Developed logic for electromechanical boiler product named as ‘Web based Effimax’ which increased the boiler efficiency by 3 to 5% reducing the cost of operation by 8 to 9%
Designed, verified signal conditioning circuits and control systems for processing pressure, temperature input data to generate standard current/voltage signal, thus controlling them. Transmitted data to the display unit with MODBUS protocol. Prototyped with RSLogix PLC and SCADA and then used Linux based industrial panel PC to broadcast over the internet to inform user about the real-time status of the boiler parameters
