A seasoned technology and IT infrastructure deployment professional, performing Project/Operations Management and Sales Engineering roles, with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of data/telco/access control/cctv POS/electrical/communications systems, physical infrastructure, cabling plant, hardware products and solutions deployments. My objective is to continue my career in this capacity making a major contribution to a progressive organization by generating revenue through my success and the help of my team. Recent Accomplishments

Medtronic Corp; Project manage the successful completion of largest S2/Mercury access control conversion from GE Picture Perfect system in the US.

JPM Chase; Site supervise the successful execution of 1.2 million dollar contract to retrofit and expand their existing “lockbox” facility in Charlotte, NC. Project included new/retrofit access control, cabling plant, adding over 100 new IP security cameras, 18 DVRS, observation monitors, rack and stack, patching and system (re)commissioning in existing MDF (computer room); design and install UPS power protection system in MDF, perform systems “hot-cutover”, software installation, systems integration and hardware upgrades and replacements to existing 250 camera matrix system, minimizing downtime; where rules of engagement were rigid and tightly controlled by a Federal Gov. Agency. Project was completed in 11 weeks at 38% GM.

UNC Charlotte/Western Carolina U - Site supervision and successful installation of Ingersoll Rand/Kratos legacy security/access control/cctv/wireless projects for new construction EPIC Building and sports complexes/Western Carolina U Health/Sciences building. Projects completed and brought in under budget despite years of construction delays, change orders and complete change in project stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE

July 2016 – Jan 2017 Delhaize/Ahold – IT Infrastructure Project Mgr.

6 mo. contract position. Project manages assigned IT infrastructure initiatives following Delhaize PMO project management methodology. Currently managing the hardware upgrade project for the Omnitrac/CAMS driver management system; to 4G technology in all 675 tractor cabs in the Delhaize Food Distribution System. Managing project to install CLYNK bottle and can reclamation and refund kiosks on the Delhaize internal communications network.

July 2015 – May 2016 CommScope – IT Infrastructure Project Mgr.

12 mo. contract position. Project manages assigned IT infrastructure initiatives following CommScope PMO project management methodology. CommScope recently closed on the acquisition of TE Connectivity/Broadband Network Services from Tyco Electronics.

Currently managing the upgrade and deployment of Office 365 suite to the enterprise and infrastructure network and software services/changes to accommodate 65 new global offices and manufacturing sites brought into the network architecture as a result of the acquisition.

Feb 2014 – July 2015 Tech Systems Inc. – Project Manager

Project Manager delivering the direct day to day operational systems integration and seamless deployment of S2/Mercury access control system conversion of existing GE Picture Perfect throughout Medtronic Corp locations, US and OUS.

Apply PMP project principles for client security technology projects and service, from project initiation through close out. Define project objectives, track issues, and create schedules. Manage delivery, communications and quality control throughout assigned project(s).

Develop project plans, deliver projects according to plan, generate estimates, generate schedules, attain resources, manage installations and service teams, third-party contractors, risk mitigation through to successful project closeout.

Systems were successfully cutover after during after business hours, nights and weekends, with little to no impact on client product manufacturing teams enabling client to stay on production schedules.

Position was eliminated due to project completion and permanent placement of ongoing service team at client HQ.

March 2011 - August 2013 Kratos PSS - Project Manager

Retained as part of Ingersoll Rand Acquisition

Produce and deliver installation & integration of access control systems, CCTV, security and access control, and other IR product offerings.

Participated in presale consultation, review blueprints, produce designs, drawings and hardware schedules for SOW & equipment specifications, develop estimates, submittals, proposals, attend construction meetings, work with onsite trades, installation processes, produced “as-builts” and project closeout. Perform and control all materials specification, procurement, logistics control & associated accounting functions.

Managed technicians, project schedules & budgets to achieve quality system installs, project margin targets & timely completions.

Successfully attained regional financial, operations and customer satisfaction goals.

Position eliminated due to buyout consolidation and reduction in force in Southeast Region.

May 2009 - Dec 2010 AT&T Regional Sales Engineer/PM

Contract position for State of Georgia Technology Authority

Managed all aspects of structured cabling installation and MAC work, data/voice new construction and retrofits for the GTA contract for AT&T.

Work sites vary from single site +1000 drops to single drop projects. Perform OSP work and circuit upgrades. Manage +50 projects at any one time.

Processed, triaged, scheduled and assigned all work requests from client.

Wrote and qualified SOW’s, site surveys, estimates and bids, materials lists, vendor management.

Performed quality control, on-site inspections, customer sign offs and all other project management duties involved with contracting, installing, invoicing and reporting on all work activities involving structured data/voice cabling and technology deployment for all State of Georgia agency facilities.

Contract ended, position taken over by full time AT&T representative.

Jan 2008 – March 2009 Mercury Tech Partners - Project Manager

Managed all aspects of network and communications infrastructure project development I installation and delivery to top tier Fortune 500 retail outlets currently engaged with the company. Retail clients included: Tractor Supply and Wet Seal retail stores. Position eliminated due to reduction in force.

March 2004 – Aug 2007 TIS - Technology Infrastructure Solutions – PM/Sales Engineer

Retained as part of the Datatec Acquisition

Qualify, analyze and produce all company cost & pricing estimates for all RFP’s.

Produced all statements of work (SOW) & contracts.

Provided customer facing sales & technical support when required.

Produced estimates and SOW’s that secured Pep Boys cabling infrastructure project in 595 stores, net worth 2.5M., and Lowes Home Improvement staging and configuration services for all data & telco equipment installed in all new Lowes stores till 2009.

Position eliminated due to reduction in force.

1992 – March 2004 Datatec Systems Inc. – Vice President

Deliver the profitable execution of all aspects of Datatec’s business including: Operations, Services, and Engineering

Supply successful resource allocation, estimating, pricing, training, execution of all customer site deployment projects undertaken for Chubb Insurance, CVS Pharmacies and others. Participate in various engineering roles for The Home Depot STEP project and other accounts. Perform sales support and account management.

Directed the group performing the integration and utilization of the eDeploy program management software into all Datatec deployment solutions. Document existing internal process and best practices; lead the group evaluating existing vs new processes. Automation of selected internal business processes; JDE implementation team. Oversee selected estimates, cost and price structure and deployment proposals. Conduct Field Tech cultural and technical training.
