Perform analyses of programs and budget requirements to maintain expenditure control on travel and p-cards.

Coordinate informative briefing materials and supportive documentation that support CS&C BFA and NPPD Finance and internal stakeholders.

As a senior financial analyst provided financial management, budget execution, resource management support and DoD budgetary guidance for the Military Health System (MHS), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), within TRICARE Management.

FMS February 2007 Employee of the Month for taking the initiative to design a new process for monitoring and validating the investment interest proceeds received through the Fed Reserve Bank of St. Louis for various investments of excess operating cash: Term Investments, Overnight Repos, and TT&L main account investments. This project emerged out of discussions to improve the Financial Management Service’s (FMS) controls over Treasury Managed Accounts and the reporting under OMB Circular A-123. I designed the validation process, wrote the SOPs, and fully tested them.
