RGP - $700M Multinational Consulting Firm 2014 to Present

CFO/Controller - Charlotte, NC: $70M multi-site division of a $3B global chemical manufacturing company, based in Wesel, Germany. Assumed the role of CFO in the midst of a major reorganization. Immediately hired interim Finance team. Day-to-day accountability for Finance, HR, and IT.

Divisional Controller - Duncan, SC: $130M multi-site division of a $3B global Oil/Gas/Energy manufacturing company, based in Aberdeen, Scotland. Divisional Controller following an acquisition when both the CEO and CFO were dismissed. Managed a 10-person team across Finance, HR & IT.

Divisional Controller - Greensboro, NC: $160M multi-site division of a $1.5B private-equity owned global medical device company (spin-off of Bristol Meyers Squibb), headquartered in NJ. Assumed role of Divisional Controller in advance of a pending IPO. Key deliverables -- SOX readiness, standard cost re-engineering and financial management of two sites in the US and Dominican Republic.

VP Finance, Business Unit CFO – Charlotte, NC

Key business partner and Business Unit CFO for this $1B division providing analysis and decision support for all business segment operations including cost analysis, budgeting, planning, reporting, and modeling. Led a team of 15 finance professionals providing comprehensive financial expertise. Ability to translate data into actionable financial information to drive improved performance. Responsible for all aspects of operational accounting, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, monthly closings, metrics, project management, capital reporting, GAAP/SOX/IFRS compliance, internal & external audits, ad hoc analyses and financial systems across 45 countries.
