WORK HISTORY
2004-present Mortgage Underwriter –PHH Mortgage Corp,(HSBC Bank)
Full Time Position – Underwrite conventional (DU/LP), nonconforming and Home Equity applications. Complete a comprehensive review of credit, income and asset analysis to determine approval criteria. Prepare counter offers and declines based on credit profile, investor and client requirements. Review appraisals and title. Work with closers, loan processors, loan officers, and management to ensure time guidelines are met. Review Fraud Guard report and address any issue to protect company and client interest.
1992-2004 Underwriter- Consumer Products, Fleet National Bank
Full Time Position - Approval or denial of real estate applications with credit over lending authority or skill level to team leader for review. Prepare counter offers of credit based on debt to income, loan to value, credit score, liens or public records. Verification of income through federal income tax forms and schedules, pay stubs and W-2 forms. Perform liquidity analysis and review financial statements when necessary. Review credit reports for fraud concerns and address accordingly.

Full Time position - Major functions included contact with customers whose accounts are delinquent and adjust or collect past due amounts. Responsibilities include consulting with customers in an attempt to determine reason for account delinquency and then take appropriate action. Other major duties include loan extensions, working with repossession agents, charge offs and working with customer service.

Full Time Position - Major functions included setting up sales floor with marketing plan for each month, assisting customers with rental needs, scheduling, delivery, set-up and service calls, maintaining showroom and developing profit and loss statements. Taking control of store operations when manager is not present.
