Managing IT SW development projects throughout the life cycle. Directing and working with contractor teams to coordinate, plan, track, and report on SW dev. requests and projects. Enforcement of the SW Build and IT standards, Documenting applications, team standards and procedures. Setting up operational plans and implementing them.

Manage, monitor and track; projects, risks, staff resources, project plans, tasks, estimates and time, utilizing the HP Project Portfolio Mgmt. tool, provide technical direction to the team, coordinate with IT/business product and process owners and other tech. teams, assign and track incidents utilizing an incident tracking tool, and manage the SW dev., testing and quality assurance activities (IV&V).
