Custom produce and fabricate control cabinets (Combustion Turbine Governors, Steam Turbine Governors, Network Cabinets, I/O Control Cabinets) using impact wrenches, table saws, hydraulic hole punches, power drills.
Install various network, I/O, computing, termination and power source components, including, Cisco routers, S5
/S7 PLC's, rack mounted FT Servers, Crydom Diode Modules, breakers, relays, industrial PC's, HMI's, profibus cables, fiber optic cables, Ethernet cables (CAT 5/6) etc.
Use calibrated hand tools to terminate point to point wire connections for 24/40 VDC power distribution, and color coded signal wiring per engineering schematics/ technical drawings in accordance with National Electric Code and shop quality standards.
Perform 100% wire pull test, continuity testing with Fluke multimeter, and mechanical/parts verification against mechanical layout/drawings during "Ring Out" phase of production.
