Implemented and integrated a Maximo CMM's system for all plant assets t o
manage all Maintenance Work Orders, PM's, Labor and Parts tracking
management laying a foundation for a Maintenance Excellence Strategy. This
approach has reduced Monthly EDT from 2.7% to .9% Improving plant reliability. I
manage AFE Capital Projects, employee training, department safety programs. I
build teams and mentor leadership to create critical mass with in the
maintenance department to achieve the needed results of a 21 st century

Maintenance Manager- Manage 25 Mechanics and 1 Assistant Maintenance
Manager to maintain Plastic Injection Molding Production Equipment, Cap Lining
Machines, Conveying Systems, Robotic stackers, Vision systems and Palletizers.
Responsibilities include HVAC chilled water systems. I manage the Maintenance
Budget and Oversee the Maintenance Management system, for PM’s, Work
Orders and Purchasing. Experience includes managing the installation of 5 new
lines and successfully assisting the plant with its start up to reach its capacity.

Maintenance Manager– Manage 19 Personnel and maintain High Speed
Manufacturing Equipment and Robotics systems Including some PLC, My
experience includes, Ammonia Refrigeration, Utilities, Boilers. Manage
Maintenance TPM projects and work order back log for the plant equipment.
Maintain RMP/PSM/Hazmat program. I have Navigated, Managed Capital
Projects Process from start to finish for facilities and other areas of the plant with
in the Kroger system, working with vendors, engineers, and plant personnel to
develop scope and goals of the projects. Using CAP /CAT /CAR’s to submit, track
and execute projects. This experience includes obtaining competitive quotes,
managing budget, scheduling, supervising contractors and managing start up
from start to finish, this Includes training of effected personnel. My Project
experience includes a 6 month Plant A/C Chiller Replacement Project valued at
$480,000 successfully as planned without plant interruption. In my 4+ years of
employment with Kroger Manufacturing I completed an additional 13 Capital and
expense projects totaling $5,000,000 the largest project I
managed included building a plant expansion, with a new automated ammonia
system, for $8 million .During my time I also completed a new boiler install and
upgrading the existing boiler totaling another $325,000. That is a total of
$13,325,000 roughly in a relative short time. I have managed these funds in trust
from the Kroger Company to progress its goals for its customer and the
enterprise. As a Leader I am strong and fair and have received positive feedback
on all leadership surveys. I excel at team building and Leadership. I am a strong
proponent of and for TPM and Maintenance Excellence as well as Six Sigma
process.
Eli Lilly 2002 to 2009
Plant Utilities Maintenance Engineer the first 3 years Lafayette plant
Manage Operate and maintain 400 psi. Coal Stoker Boilers total, plant could
generate 600,000 lbs. per hr. I Managed Plant Potable Water Generation and all
Site Utilities. Responsibilities included overseeing plant power grid, and
generators.1200 hp R22 chillers for chilled water system. Oversee Maintenance
budget/PM programs, project management, and execution.
Maintenance Tech.
Last 3.5 years Perform Maintenance on High speed Manufacturing equipment
Fanuc Robotics Case Packer Palletizers at the Lilly Technology Center
department for making Insulin devices. Work With Maximo PM system in World
Class Manufacturing. Assist with the install of 2 Production line projects for
insulin devices from FAT to running production.
