New Hope Treatment Center - Rock Hill, SC - June 2016 to December 2016 I completed my second graduate practicum and first internship at New Hope Carolinas working on the Starting Pointe unit. While New Hope is a PRTF, Starting Pointe specializes in treatment for adolescent males who have sexually harmed. As a counseling intern, I lead groups, individual sessions, and family sessions. I worked closely with a supervisor and worked with her caseload ranging from 10-12 residents. I lead three groups a week on the unit, and every resident came to my group once a week.
