Increased dollars per hour produced from $1,200 to $1280 per labor hour by hiring correct staff and doing regular PM’s and proper maintenance.

Set up all maintenance inventory with Kan Ban reordering system and min/max quantities.

Reduced overtime from 58 hour work weeks to 42 hour work weeks by removing second shift and running a 7-12 hour day operation.

Dokka Fasteners, Auburn Hills, MI October 2010 – January 2012 Multi-billion dollar company provides fasteners to the wind industry around the world. Director of Manufacturing - Start up of a fastener forging facility. Managed P&L with 10 salary and 27 personnel.

Purchased $11 million dollars worth of equipment overseas (presses, ovens, automation, CNC equipment, robots, integration), did run-offs, and brought back to United States for installation.

Set up inventory structure with min/max quantities of all MRO items.

Set up infrastructure and negotiated contracts for all machinery and supplied goods such as: electric, water, gas, air, nitrogen reducing spend by 8%.
