Product Innovation Lead and Engineer - Business Improvement Group Led all product R&D, innovation, new technology, new test methods, specs, test planning and supporting economic analyses. Responsible for quality, performance, sourcing and evaluating products from concept to mass production.

Led and established the first HACCP Safe Quality Food Certification in the industry for pallets. Managed all other regulatory and environmental standards for adherence.

L ed environmental testing caravans in exterior category for Odyssey and Pilot, confirming performance and test results in hot and cold conditions and developing countermeasures for design concerns.

S erved on the initial Complex Analysis team and High Accuracy Body programs, supporting multiple departments within HMA and implementing temporary and permanent countermeasures for multiple defects such as tailgate water leak, sash garnish fit, door accuracy, closing force and molding set conditions.
