Responsible for faculty performance and management, fiscal management, staff knowledge and training, academic governance, maintaining regulatory and accreditation standards, learning assessments, campus culture and overall faculty and student processes as defined by University of Phoenix, School of Business. Position also includes Campus oversight of the College of Information Systems and Technology as well as the College of Security and Criminal Justice.
Serve as Associate Faculty Member for the School of Business, College of Social Sciences, College of Healthcare Professions and the College of Humanities and Sciences.

Vice President of Operations
Led new market entry into Metro-Phoenix, establishing outpatient centers, providing multi-site leadership, and holding P&L responsibility; with up to 250 physicians and 150 staff members. Additional priorities include operations, financial management, organizational development, marketing / branding, change management, physician relations/ contracts, licensing, accreditation, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Cost Containment & New Revenue Streams: Countered down economy by managing cash flow and purchasing. Decreased overhead and cost-per-case, including trimming vendor costs 15%. Created referral sources for individual practices to expand personal injury business.
Change Management: Led change to meet Medicare state licensing requirements and achieved 100% compliance during audits. Communicated legislative changes and implemented new forms / procedures.
Managed Care: Negotiated and reviewed contracts and completed cost utilization analyses to control costs. Assisted sister company with 2 centers in California with quality assurance and accreditation.
Leadership Development: Strengthened cooperation and minimized roadblocks by developing leadership program and teaming with HR on rollout and implementation; targeted all levels, up through board members.
Physician Recruitment & Retention: Recruited and cultivated positive relationships, maintaining high morale across networks. Collaborated to resolve issues, identified new revenue sources and work processes, facilitated medical management of managed care patients, and maximized brand efforts through joint efforts.
Patient Advocacy: Maximized patient satisfaction by establishing team to work with each referring office; achieved and maintained 25% service response rate.
