Position: Project Manager

Project Manager for data services and application development for the real estate industry. I currently manage a group of project management professionals and am in the process of building a PMO for a small but growing company. Our company offers data services and products for approximately 50000 users in the Central Florida real estate community. Additionally, my department is responsible for change management and implementation of new products and services as well as internal continuous improvement and quality related programs.

Position: Project Management/Program Management

Project/program management activities (defining scheduling, budget, risk, change, and opportunity and resource management activities) for Generator Service Engineering. Led lean and continuous improvement activities. Executed program management for various research and development initiatives. Proven expertise in cost control and risk management procedures in all aspects of the project, through engineering, detailed design, procurement and construction up to final turnover.
